| Description: | This global practice, specialists in private equity transactions and corporate advisory work, are seeking Big 4 trained ACA/ICAS candidates to join their group in London.
- Providing advice regarding complex tax technical issues in UK and International corporate tax
- Providing clients with advice on company reorganisations, restructuring activities, mergers and acquisition and other financial matters in a cross border context
- Joining clients on-site ensuring the successful delivery of projects and hands-on involvement in providing solutions to client's corporate tax challenges
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax provisions and computations
- Undertaking technical research projects
- Involved in business development and marketing initiatives
- Liasing across the globe and coordinating international tax advice on client issues
Candidates must be ACA or ICAS qualified with a minimum of 1 years post qualified corporate tax compliance or advisory experience. ATT/CTA is advantageous but not essential. You must be a team player, a confident and engaging communicator and not be afraid to sell your services internally and externally. You must have a strong compliance background, looking for a challenging advisory focussed role.
