Silver Circle law firm looking to recruit at the mid-senior associate level (2 + years PQE) to join their impressive team that has realistic and exciting growth and expansion plans but is small enough to enable career progression, client responsibility and collegiate environment.
The wider tax function of this firm mean you will be working in not only an impressive corporate tax group but a number of private client / trust and share schemes / incentives lawyers.
A broad range of experience is encouraged albeit a desire or interest in areas such as corporate, real estate, finance, IP / IT, M&A and Private Equity is helpful.
You will be an integral part of the team and will be expected (and indeed want to!) get involved in wider marketing, development and training for yourself and the team as they look to build and harness their already noted impressive team.
You must be UK qualified (or QLTT qualified BUT with UK tax experience) and have experience working in city law firm (or the Big Four accountancy sector if legally educated).
