Unique and rare opportunity for a strong tax professional to be based in South Korea, South East Asia as a Corporate Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Director. My client, a leading Accountancy firm is looking for experienced Tax professionals who have had experience within the US and Korean Tax system.
This might be ideal for a Korean national to return to their roots or perhaps an expat looking for a new challenge and adventure. The role is based in Seoul, a city that is the base to more than half the countries population. It’s a busy, bustling, vibrant city which is the centre for culture, politics and the economy. This is a great city to be based in, having being voted the 6th most economically powerful city in the world by Forbes. It headquarters some of the world’s biggest brand names; Samsung, LG and Hyundai.
The experience and exposure you would get working in Seoul would be excellent and the types of clients would be varied and quite internationally focussed. You would be exposed to the Korean and US tax systems and also multi national companies.
There is an opportunity for someone at Manager level and above to join their team. To be considered for this role you will have experience of the Korean Tax system and ideally of the US tax system. You will also have a relevant Tax qualified and degree. A minimum of 5 years experience is essential.
