As an Manager in their Corporate Tax group you will have ample opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge across the wider business tax area. Your role is truly varied involving a range of tax aspects including M&A, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning. This means you will have the opportunity to enhance your generalist technical skills and knowledge, without being restricted to one area .

As an Manager you would be assigned your own portfolio of clients which will allow you to take ownership of your workload, whilst delivering great service to a variety of businesses as well as people / team management.
The role involves: Providing tax technical advice in a variety of scenarios, which could include transfer pricing, M&A and cross border transactions; Review and preparation of UK corporation tax returns; Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements; Assisting with international tax advice and large scale tax advisory projects.
Ideally you will be ACA / CTA qualified with experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues. They would also accept applications from qualified individuals with experience of other disciplines (e.g. audit) in a Big Four environment, Excellent interpersonal skills, experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
