This Top 10 firm are looking to recruit a Senior or Assistant Manager, to join their Mid Markets team, and focus on providing quality service to companies outside the FTSE100, medium sized inward investors, and larger private equity backed companies.
The role will involve:
* Taking top commercial tax ideas and services to existing and potential clients with the aim to increasing their profitability, and helping them manage their business strategy;
* Undertake M&A, real estate and international structuring work;
* Work on a challenging and varied portfolio of clients, working closely with the team on a wide variety of advisory work;
* Audit of tax;
* Managing a portfolio of clients, including budgets and client expectations.
You will have experience in managing corporate tax assignments, and delegating work to more junior staff. You must be ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified, or overseas equivalent. The role is client facing, so you must be enthusiastic, personable and a team player.
