Ideally, you should be dual qualified to practice in Switzerland and England and Wales.

You will work on personal tax and succession planning, including the creation of wills and establishing trusts and other wealth holding structures, as well as cross-border migration.
You will consult entrepreneurs, international families and trustee clients who have built businesses and advise them on corporate, commercial and tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, management buyouts, flotations, and even liquidations.
This team is widely acclaimed for the quality of its legal advice, technical expertise and supportive team environment. You will be encouraged to take part in the free flow of information across the variety of disciplines within the Private Client team, and across the firm as a whole.
