A leading professional services firm is looking to recruit a Manager to the Employment Tax team. There is a focus on equity compensation, the team will design and implement and obtain, where appropriate, HMRC approval of share option and incentive schemes. The advice given by the team whether it be bespoke planning or help with compliance matters is always aligned to the clients business needs.
You'll work with a Partner establish client relationships and identify Employment Tax and Incentive work with focus of share schemes and equity arrangements. Your key responsibilities will include client services and business development for share scheme and equity compensation.
