The role
Your role will be challenging and diverse, seeing you undertake the following responsibilities:
* Providing an employment tax consulting service to clients, relating to PAYE, NIC, remuneration planning, salary sacrifice, terminations / redundancies, and restructuring / transaction issues.
* Contributing to the growth of the practice by assisting with business development initiatives.
* Managing less experienced colleagues, including delegating work, training and development and appraisals.
