1. Degree educated or substantial relevant experience
2. Experience of global mobility: strong understanding of expatriate management, policies and processes; awareness of expatriate tax issues
3. Knowledge and understanding of service level agreements
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
