One of the most successful accountancy firms in the country is looking to hire an Expatriate Tax Senior Associate to join their technology and communication focused international mobility consulting team in central London.
As a senior associate, this role will broaden your knowledge to include expatriate tax and social security planning, as well as immigration and HR issues relating to expatriates. You will be working alongside international mobility specialists in PAYE and national insurance, reward and share schemes, continually developing your expertise expanding your technical and relationship skills.
Your role may include:
- Providing personal tax advice to a senior executives moving to the UK
- Advising HR Directors on the most efficient way of moving employees into Eastern Europe.
- Developing company policies for internationally mobile staff.
- Advising on tax efficient global employee incentive programs.
To be successful in this role you will already have gained experience from a consultancy in expatriate tax and preferably will be accounts or tax qualified. Your strengths as an individual will lie in developing and maintaining client relationships, working closely with other colleagues from around the globe and your strong communication and presentation skills.
