An interesting opportunity for someone with experience in Funds tax to join this prestigious Big 4 accountancy firm in London. This role will provide you the change to work with exceptional clients and to make a difference on each and every of your projects or assignments. You will be working closely with the world’s leading financial institutions across banking, funds and insurance on a broad variety of tax related matters.
In order to be considered you should have a strong background in UK corporate tax gained either within a financial institution or in a professional services environment.
Key areas of work involvement include:
• Corporate tax advisory on Tax structuring, regulatory and residency issues
• International structuring
• Cross border financing
• Transactions including due diligence, reorganizations and M&A
To be considered for this role you should have the following:
• CTA/ACA or equivalent qualification or experience
• An appropriate level of UK corporate tax experience
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Sound technical knowledge and strong analytical skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team
