| Description: | Genuine career development dealing with treasury and finance roles.This unit deals with multinational companies and financial services companies and advises them on the structure of their financial transactions. As part of the continued growth of the team they are keen to recruit a corporate tax senior manager, preferably someone with some experience of dealing with the tax aspects of financing transactions.
The role will be to lead a team, develop strong client relationships, be confident pitching for new business as well as lead and deliver technical projects. The person will gain exposure to the full range of financing issues including structured finance issues, debt restructuring, raising debt and equity. |
