Global Tax Recruitment a divisions of Global Audit Recruitment are working with their client in the ever popular location of Luxembourg to recruit experienced individuals for their expanding international tax operation.
You will provide international tax advice relating to financial groups and entities (funds, banks, insurance companies, etc) and to multinational corporations (commercial & industrial services) relating to cross border transactions, encompassing:
•advice on international tax implications in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing and holding activities;
•tax and strategic transaction advice
•tax structuring advice (Luxembourg and cross border);
•pre and post completion tax planning
•manage and develop relationships with various companies highlighting tax planning opportunities;
•analyse potential acquisitions and make recommendations accordingly;
•participate in structuring large transactions relating to strategic acquisitions and divestitures, as part of a multidisciplinary team (attorneys, CFO's, corporate directors, accountants and tax professionals)
•manage client service teams and contribute to people development.
You will have at least 5 years in international tax, be fluent in English, preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in French or german. Please contact frances.porter
