This is a high profile role within the Global Transfer Pricing team of a major investment bank.

You will need to be a Transfer Pricing Specialist with experience working in the TP department of a multinational organization. Financial Services experience is not essential, but would be advantageous as this role will require an appreciation for the different banking operations and liaison with both finance, tax and front office staff to analyze and assess information and manage competing demands.

Main Responsibilities

* Determining transfer pricing methodologies across the full range of the bank's activities globally - both existing activities and potential new or restructured activitiesВ
* Ensuring that appropriate agreements and transfer pricing reports are available to support the selection and application of the methodologiesВ
* Handling multilateral advance pricing agreements and assisting other teams within Group Tax to meet statutory tax return and payment obligations and to deal with tax authority risk reviews and auditsВ
* Setting transfer pricing policies and standards and advising on changes to transfer pricing law and practice
* Ensuring that appropriate documentation is in place for a number of the group's businesses and infrastructure areasВ
* Providing support and assistance to other members of the team and Group Tax generally in respect of transfer pricing.В
