This US group with a significant pr essence in the UK is looking for a Tax Manager with significant cross-border M&A tax planning experience for US multinationals.
The role will work and support senior US tax trained professionals that are situated across the globe and the role will look at international tax planning on Group structures to optimise tax efficiency. The organisation is significantly restructuring at the moment so there is a pipeline of some excellent big-ticket projects to be part of.
You will need to be a Tax Manager / Senior Manager working within the international structuring or M&A tax practice of a Big 4 ideally advising large US groups on global projects.
