In this full-service team, you will be advising on a spectrum of commercial tax issues from corporate transactions to real estate and financing, often with an international dimension.
You will be consulting the team's strong, diverse international client base which includes financial institutions, major public and private corporate organisations, government bodies and other prominent public sector organisations and private clients.
You will be led by a Chambers and Legal 500 rated head of department and join an award winning tax team, which is renowned for technical expertise and prodigious business development. This practice has a very recognisable name in the market and has a developed marketing function to assist you in developing your practice.
