A unique opportunity for someone to work 2.5 days per week in corporate tax for one of the world's exciting brands.
With a reputation for excellence and a unique culture across a diverse range of businesses, this in-house team requires a corporate tax experienced tax professional to join them for between 10-14 months to cover for a maternity leave.
Key duties include:
- Acting as a point of reference for more junior members of the team in order to resolve outstanding tax accounting and tax technical issues.
- Responsible for all aspects of tax compliance including the tax disclosure in the UK statutory accounts, computations and correspondence with HMRC and Group compliance issues.
- Abacus experience is desirable but not essential. Key skills/experience include:
- ACA or CTA (or the equivalent) qualified.
- UK tax experience with substantial corporation tax experience in either a top professional services firm or in-house in a medium or large corporation.
- A suitable role for someone looking for their first move into an in-house organisation coming from a Big 4 accounting organisation.
