Our client is a well regarded professional services organisation. A need has arisen to recruit a senior manger to work within the growth area of Tax Performance Improvement.
The Role:
Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
Play a key role in developing new business
Build internal relationships within the firm
Manage the successful delivery of tax performance improvement projects,
Lead project delivery teams
The Person:
You will likely be working within a Big 4 firm or management consultancy and have experience of tax transformations, compliance outsourcing, tax function effectiveness or tax risk management.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
First rate client relationship skills
High degree of commercial awareness
Strong negotiation skills
Team player
Very good project management skills and an ability to manage own workload
Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral
