Our client, a top-tier global bank, is seeking to recruit Regional Mobility Manager to lead their team in the design and operation of expat and relocation programs in the EMEA Region and the leadership the EMEA mobility team. You must have knowledge of expatriate/employee policies and packages, tax treaties and UK tax compliance rules, knowledge of US and European tax issues and awareness of deferred comp/stock plan issues. The successful candidate will have a tax background, preferably ATT/CTA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 consulting firm and have worked ideally within a financial services/leading blue-chip company in a similar capacity. Excellent organisational and communication skills, along with advanced PC skills are essential. In addition, you must have excellent relationship management skills and be able to demonstrate experience of leading a mobility team within a fast paced corporate environment.
