An experienced international tax expert is required to join this highly successful international firm. The company has business entities in highly varied and unusual jurisdictions. You will be joining their tax team in a purely advisory capacity, giving input on the business's expansion, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
The Role
- Consider the local country tax implications associated with acquiring and disposing of assets
- Provide tax planning and day to day tax advice to the business in a number of countries across Europe, Asia and Africa
- Seek out tax planning opportunities to optimise the effective tax rate
- Monitor and improve where necessary adherence to group transfer pricing policy and ensure adequate documentation to support inter-company services
Qualifications/Experience required
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience of international corporate tax,including advising on planning, M&A, transfer pricing
- Excellent communication skills
