The role
The Firm's clients range from hedge funds and private wealth managers to bank-owned investment managers and state and sovereign wealth funds.The Firm can offer a broad variety of tax work across the investment management sector including onshore and offshore funds structuring, transaction support, product advisory exposure and regulatory compliance
- Advising on efficient acquisitions and disposals of funds, companies or of portfolios
- Advising on the structuring and restructuring of complex funds
- Providing due diligence on multiple jurisdiction transactions
The candidate
- ACA or CTA or ATT or equivalent qualification or experience
- UK corporate tax experience with exposure and a good working knowledge of the mainstream investment management sector
- Exposure to offshore funds and international structuring is highly desirable
- Prior team and project management experience
- Effective communication skills with a track record of winning, managing and nurturing client relationships
