Our client is a Big 4 firm with a highly regarded corporate tax practice. A need has arisen to add to the senior management team in the Aberdeen office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the upstream oil and gas tax practice.
Leading business development initiatives on target accounts
Assist clients with corporation tax planning, M&A advice and international tax structuring
Staff development
Identifying cross line of service opportunities
The Person:
You will be CTA/ACA qualified or equivalent and have strong technical skills with relevant upstream tax experience gained within industry or a consulting environment.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
First rate client relationship skills
High degree of commercial awareness
Excellent staff management and coaching experience
Team player
Very good project management skills and an ability to manage own workload
Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral
