This Big 4 Firm has an award winning Transfer Pricing team delivering innovative transfer pricing solutions to a wide and high quality client base of multinationals and UK groups. The Transfer Pricing group has grown significantly over the last 3 years and continues to expand rapidly.
The role
- Ensuring compliance with the necessary UK and overseas transfer pricing rules;
- Preparing documentation to support this compliance;
- Providing advice in connection with application and interpretation of tax treaties;
- Developing strategies for planning with transfer pricing, such as tax-aligned supply chain, implementation advice and intellectual property analysis;
- Managing effective tax rate by aligning business structures with tax attributes; and
-Assisting with implementation aspects and interaction with UK and overseas tax compliance.
- Supporting all aspects of our work from the development of transfer pricing planning strategies, supply chain, IP, compliance programmes and audit defence tactics;
- Preparing transfer pricing reports based on commercial, economic and financial analyses of the client's business to support their pricing position with HMRC;
- Working with senior staff in the development of comparability analyses and the application of economic analysis;
- Supporting the Transfer Pricing Practice through the development of new services and analytical tools, and the assumption of practice management responsibilities; and
- Managing the development of transfer pricing design, compliance and audit defence strategies
The candidate
- Client driven with strong commercial awareness;
- Strong client relationship management skills with ability to develop quality outputs; and
- Ability to work in structured project teams whilst learning the ability to plan and monitor projects, budget and timescale management and people management.
- Experience of working with transfer pricing issues desirable, however a strong interest backed up with relevant aligned experience will be considered
