You will initially be brought on board to work closely with the Partners in providing technical advice internally within the firm and externally to clients.
As this is a new role within the firm it is an open specification as to how you will set up the technical team, processes you will put into place and people you will recruit within the next 12 months.
It would be ideal if you have worked within a technical department in the past, this will help you as you will have an understanding of what needs to be put in place and what the firm will need.
The firm already have many procedures in place but this is not governed by a department and this is what you will be recruited today.
