Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Staff Accountant to its Vancouver offices. This role requires strong experience of Audit, Accounts and Tax across a wide range of industry sectors. You will work closely with clients in order to improve their businesses on a day-to-day basis.
The Role
* Work closely with partners and senior staff
* Plan and prepare complex audit files
* Prepare and review financial statements where necessary
* Prepare Corporate and Personal Tax returns
* Develop new business for the firm with new and existing clients
The Candidate
* Qualified in CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
* Knowledge of IFRS and ideally Canadian GAAP
* Experience of planning and completing Audits
* Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping
* 2+ years' experience within a medium-sized Public Accounting firm
