Responsibilities will include:
*Preparation and submission of UK tax return for 40 companies using Alphatax
*Preparation of tax provisioning, notes and disclosures for the Financial Statements for UK and Overseas subsidiaries
*Liaising with external tax advisors in relation to overseas tax returns
*Calculation and preparation of UK and overseas tax payments on account
*Dealing wit UK and overseas tax assessments
*Reconciliation of corporate tax, vat and withholding tax accounts in SAP
*Preparation of PSA calculation for UK Group
*Liaising with HMRC on withholding tax, tax residency, VAT, PAYE and corporate tax issues
*Ensure that the company is tax compliant in UK and overseas jurisdictions
*Assisting the Group Tax Manager with tax advisory work
Skills required:
* Excellent MS word, MS excel and research skills.
* SAP and Alphatax experience.
* International tax compliance experience highly desirable.
* A team player with good communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and willingness to go that extra mile to get the job done.
* Able to work calmly under tight deadlines.
