The company
The role is working in the group tax London compliance team for this large financial services organisation. The team is accountable for the compliance and reporting function for all of the companies in the Group including, the structured transactions and development capital companies. There are around 150 companies and partnerships in the complex team.
The Role
*the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures in the financial accounts of each company
*the preparation submission and agreement of the corporation tax returns for each company
*preparation of monthly and quarterly tax numbers for inclusion in the management accounts for each company
*assistance to front office for tax related queries
*preparation of CFC return
About you
The candidate must be qualified ACA with excellent accounting and excel skills. Much of the role is focussed around tax accounting rather than advisory so candidate needs to be confident in accounting for current and deferred tax. Candidate must also have good knowledge of tax, and an awareness of current tax issues. Good analytical skills required. We request applications to be submitted in a word format only.
