This is a senior level role with one of UK's leading financial services group. The role will be the number two role in the international tax function supporting the Head of Tax at a very senior level. The role will have oversight for all tax issues across the globe, whilst also involved in management of a core team of 10.
The role will look at key issues affecting a global group including free capital planning, international financing structures, thin cap, permanent establishment, VAT, TP and CFC planning. The CFO has a lot of buy-in from the tax function and as such the tax function adds significant value to this global organisation and is involved all key decisions.
You will need to be ACA qualified, be trained in UK corporate tax and have significant experience influencing at a senior level. This is an excellent role for a highly ambitious senior tax professional.
