Our client is a leading financial services business that requires a corporate tax lawyer with experience (not necessarily FS) of mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. You should ideally be working for a highly regarded legal practice or already within commerce with a minimum of 2-3 years experience. You will be a joining a team of lawyers, accountants and several ex-HMRC inspectors. The team work closely with external advisers but where possible most of the transactional work is dealt with in-house and as such the work will be varied and challenging.
