Seeking an interesting challenge tax position? My client is a listed business and an undoubted leader in its field, a reputation and standing it has built up over decades.
The role is advisory in nature, covering domestic and international structuring; playing an integral role in moulding the group structure, policy and procedures, and managing group acquisitions and disposals from a tax standpoint. You will also be involved in TP, process improvement on the TMS and ad hoc project work.
The client would like someone CA/ CTA qualified or equivalent with substantial and wide-ranging corporate tax knowledge. An awareness of other taxes would also be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite. The company and role are international and therefore you will need both a good understanding of UK and international taxes in terms of compliance and advisory activity.
