Job Description
The Tax Senior of Fas 109 will primarily be responsible for:
* Assisting with all matters regarding income and sales and use tax (audits, research, compliance)
* Routine interaction with accounting personnel and outside service providers
* Fundamental understanding of US nexus rules
* Monitoring and reconciling tax balance sheet accounts
* Gathering data relevant to audits
* Executing estimated tax payments
* Tax technology
Required Skills
* 2+ years of public or private accounting experience
* Fas 109 exposure
* Big 4 experience, a plus
* Excellent technology skills
* Familiarity with the principals of US state and local taxation
* Understanding of the underlying accounting of transactions
