Job Description
The Real Estate Tax Senior will be responsible for tax compliance and planning for the high end real estate tax group within a large CPA firm. The perfect candidate will have strong communication skills, as well as solid experience with partnerships and exposure to corporate taxation and LLC's. Other responsibilities of the Tax Senior include preparing partnership, corporate and other tax compliance, and planning for commercial real esate developers, management companies and other related businesses.
Required Skills
•BA in Accounting or related field of study
•Strong knowledge of Accounting principles
•2+ years of Partnership Tax work experience
•Exposure to Corporate Tax and LLC's
•Prior Real Estate work experience
•Proficiency in Excel software and Word Office
•Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
