The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing transactions tax practice as a Partner.
• Build and maintain tax relationships with FTSE 100 companies, leading PE funds and privately held businesses
• Play an instrumental role in the growth and development of both the transaction tax business and wider corporate tax offering
• Coaching and development of the team
The Person
You will be an experienced transaction tax professional operating either as a Partner or a senior Director. In addition you will posses the following:
• Deep experience of advising on corporate M&A and private equity transactions
• Extensive network in the PE market
• Track record of developing business development
• Team player who enjoys developing staff
