To be considered for the role, applicants must demonstrate:
* Strong technical understanding of transfer pricing law, rulings and methods, as generally accepted principles detailed in the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, as well as key direct and indirect taxes and their relationship with transfer pricing, e.g. Customs, GST
* Effective communication skills - understanding and validating client expectations throughout an engagement, leading technical discussions
* Good understanding of clients and their broader business issues
* The ability to actively identify issues, propose relevant solutions and take such issues and solutions to the internal and external marketplace
* The ability and skills to coach and develop junior staff, including regularly leading internal training sessions and supporting transfer of learning to client work
